Shipping and Refund Policies

Welcome to Bridgette Hair's Shipping and Return Policy!

At Bridgette Hair, we take great care to ensure that our customers receive their products in perfect condition and on time. We offer shipping of physical products such as wigs, frontals, and bundles which takes 14 working days. Once your order is posted, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery. We ship internationally too.

As per UK Law, we offer a full refund if the item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform its intended function. However, please note that digital products such as Vendor Lists, Business  E-books, and Colour Plans are not viable for refunds.

If you wish to return a physical product, it must be returned in the same condition it was sent, with all tags attached, bundles unwrapped, and lace uncut. We cannot accept returns for products that have been tampered with or altered in any way.

Please contact us via email: orders@bridgettehair.info within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. The appropriate subject line is your order number followed by returns process e.g;

'Order #123456 Return Process'.

Please note that we cannot cover the cost of return shipping, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit.
